Foi no âmbito do programa Incoming Docentes - Erasmus+, que o ISCSP-ULisboa recebeu, em maio de 2023, o Professor Maurizio Scaini da "University of Trieste - Italy", para fazer parte das atividades e de todas as experiências que o programa proporciona aos alunos e aos docentes.
O professor agradece ao ISCSP-ULisboa à Área de Cooperação e Desenvolvimento, através da Mobilidade Académica, por toda a atenção recebida, através de um testemunho onde faz uma breve exposição da sua passagem no instituto.
“I got the opportunity to spend a professional and engaging Erasmus + week at ISCSP of the University of Lisbon from May 2–6, 2023. Being a professor of Geoeconomics of Sustainable Development, one of my key goals was to debate sustainability-related issues with Portuguese students. During my stay, I gave a brief presentation about my home university, the University of Trieste, where I am the Erasmus Coordinator for the Department of Political and Social Sciences, to encourage students to study abroad, perhaps in Italy. During the visit, I also met with my Portuguese coworkers to discuss how to enhance our working relationship. We talked about our individual academic experiences. A really pleasant meeting was held by the ISCSP Mobility Department, where we discussed our current cooperation and laid out our future plans.
I was given excellent attention. I think my professional and cross-cultural growth has been considerable. ISCSP, my host university, has to be commended for the entire program and activities.”
